Definitions for Price Comparisons Comparisons to PCH Prices • Original PCH Price is the initial price at which an item was offered by PCH. • Future PCH Price is the price at which PCH intends to offer an item in the future, after the introductory period is over. This type of price comparison is employed with respect to new items only. • Regular PCH Price is the price at which items are regularly and continuously available in the PCH system. Sales of the item may or may not have occurred at this price. Many items are offered from time to time on special terms or at reduced prices. • Value can represent a price comparison to an item offered by PCH derived from one of the following sources: Original PCH Price or Regular PCH Price, as explained above. Comparisons to Competitors' Prices • Sold Elsewhere is the price at which the same item offered by PCH is currently offered elsewhere by a competitor or competitors in the national marketplace. • Similar Item Sold Elsewhere is the price at which an item comparable to an item offered by PCH is currently offered elsewhere by a competitor or competitors in the national marketplace. • Similar Items Sold Separately Elsewhere represents the total calculation of prices at which the components of an item comparable to the components of an item offered by PCH are currently offered elsewhere by a competitor or competitors in the national marketplace. • Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price or Manufacturer's List Price ("MSRP") is the retail price which the manufacturer of an item offered by PCH currently recommends for the sale of that item. • Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Value ("MSRV") is the value of an item offered by PCH as currently assessed by the manufacturer of that item. • Value can represent a price comparison to an item offered by PCH derived from one of the following sources: Sold Elsewhere, MSRP or MSRV, as explained above. • Comparable Value can represent a price comparison to an item offered by PCH derived from a Similar Item Sold Elsewhere or Similar Items Sold Separately Elsewhere, as explained above.
