3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 stick unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour

A simple preparation
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, use a wooden spoon to combine the butter and bananas. Add in the sugar, egg and vanilla, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
