Regularly riding a bicycle can be great for you - not only is it an enjoyable way of getting around, but the health benefits can't be denied. You are effectively propelling your own mode of transportation around, the process of which provides you with a fair amount of cardio. You don't have to be a triathlete to get something out of riding a bike - heck, you don't even need to start taking it to work every day. If you've been looking for ways to get into shape, cycling is an excellent choice. It gets you moving and is much kinder to your knees than jogging.
