1. Vegetable juice. No matter what kind of vegetable it's from, whether it's tomato, beet or carrot, there are tons of nutrients and fiber involved. They have less sugar and fewer calories than fruit juice, but many veggie juices have added salt, so look for types with reduced sodium.

2. Concord grape juice. If you've heard about the benefits of red wine, then you should know that concord grape juice has the same effects. It has a lot of antioxidants and is more convenient than a glass of wine in the morning!

3. Pomegranate juice. This variety has plenty of sugar and calories, but to make up for that, there are plenty of antioxidants, which can protect brain function and may ward off cancer.

6. Prune juice. Known to help with constipation, prune juice is high in fiber and contains a natural laxative called sorbitol. It also has plenty of antioxidants, potassium and iron, so drink up!
