Make a Witch's Brew This Halloween

If you're throwing a Halloween bash this year and want to serve your guests a delicious, creative and spooky drink, look no further than the classic Witch's Brew. Here's how to make this delightful treat, courtesy of the Food Network, which you can make into a kid's drink by simply holding the vodka. It'll have everyone asking for refills!

Witch's Brew Cauldron Punch
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
Ingredients:
1 package of lime jello
2 cups of boiling water
3 cups of pineapple juice
1 2-liter bottle of lemon-lime soda or ginger ale
2 cups of vodka (optional)
Black plastic cauldron
Punch bowl to fit inside the cauldron
1 plastic hand, sterilized in hot water
1 block of dry ice

Directions: Mix the jello and the boiling water and stir for 2 minutes. Add in the pineapple juice, then let sit until it reaches room temperature. Use gloves or tongs to put the dry ice in the bottom of the cauldron, then add water on top so the ice is covered and it begins to steam. Place the punch bowl inside the cauldron, then secure the plastic hand so it looks like it's coming out of the cauldron. You could put it in between the punch bowl and the cauldron or glue it to the cauldron to keep it in place. Pour the jello mixture into the punch bowl, then stir in the vodka and soda. Creepy!

You could even add ice cubes with gummy worms or other Halloween candies inside. Just drop one into each ice cube tray section, then fill with water and freeze.
