Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Our store offers a mix of made-to-order merchandise and supplier-fulfilled products. Because of the way these items are produced and shipped, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

Please review product descriptions, specifications, and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Made-to-Order Merchandise

Certain products in our store are custom printed or produced on demand after an order is placed. Because these items are made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.


Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners. These products may ship separately and follow supplier fulfillment policies, but all sales remain final through our store unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will work with the fulfillment partner to replace the item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.


Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to issue a replacement when possible.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • An order is cancelled before production or fulfillment begins

  • An item cannot be fulfilled or replaced

  • A verified damaged or defective product where replacement is not possible

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. Because of this, we are generally unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted.
