Definitions for Price Comparisons

Comparisons to PCH Prices • Original PCH Price is the price at which an item was initially offered by PCH. • Future PCH Price is the price at which PCH intends to offer an item in the future, after the introductory period is over. This type of price comparison is employed with respect to new items only. • Regular PCH Price is the price at which item is regularly identified in the PCH system. Sales of the item may or may not have occurred at this price. Many items are offered from time to time on special terms or at reduced prices. • Value refers to the Original PCH Price or Regular PCH Price, as explained above, of an item currently being offered by PCH at a reduced price (e.g., “[item], a $6 value, yours for only $4”). • Total Value refers to the aggregate of the Original PCH Price and/or Regular PCH Price, each as explained above, for all of two or more items currently being offered by PCH, as a set, at a reduced price (e.g., “[five items], total value $12, all five yours for only $8”).

• Extra Savings represents either an additional comparison to the price of the same or a similar item offered by us or others to the public, or an additional reduction in the Regular PCH Price, as explained above, for the item.

Comparisons to Competitors' Prices • Sold Elsewhere is the price at which the same item offered by PCH is currently offered elsewhere by a competitor or competitors in the national marketplace. • Similar Items Sell Elsewhere is the price at which an item comparable to an item offered by PCH is currently offered elsewhere by a competitor or competitors in the national marketplace. • Similar Items Sell Separately Elsewhere is the aggregate of the prices at which the components of an item or set of items, which are comparable to the components of an item or set of items offered by PCH, are currently offered separately elsewhere by a competitor or competitors in the national marketplace. • Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price or Manufacturer's List Price ("MSRP") is the retail price that the manufacturer of an item offered by PCH currently recommends for the sale of that item. • Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Value ("MSRV") is the value of an item offered by PCH as determined by the manufacturer of that item. • Value, with respect to an item offered by a competitor that is the same as or comparable to an item offered by PCH, refers to the price or value of the competitive item, determined per Sold Elsewhere, Similar Item Sell Elsewhere, MSRP or MSRV, as explained above.

• Total Value, with respect to two or more items currently being offered by competitor(s) that are the same as or comparable to two or more items currently being offered by PCH, as a set, refers to the aggregate of the price and/or value of the competitive items, determined per Sold Elsewhere, Similar Item Sell Elsewhere, Similar Items Sell Separately Elsewhere, MSRP or MSRV, as explained above.

• Extra Savings, with respect to an item offered by a competitor that is the same as or comparable to an item offered by PCH, represents an additional comparison to the price of the same or a similar item offered by others to the public.
